  二、抓好教学业务工作提高教师的专业素质

  一、教学方面

  我刚刚开始在七年级接手这个班的时候,这个班的学生英语听、说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英语教学,同学们还不能完全适应。同时,学生比较活跃,上课气氛积极,但中差生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。因此,我在了解及分析学生实际情况的基础上,因材施教,强化备课效果,强化授课效果,强化教学引导,强化拓展练习,强化作业批改,做到精讲精练、全批全改、学生为主、教师为辅、师生合作、共同发展,取得良好效果。

  二、班主任工作

  制定班级奋斗目标及有实效性的班规,强化管理效果。现在的学生会受到来自不同方面的影响,所以对学生除了班规班纪等的约束外,关爱和适当的善意惩罚也很重要。对一些违反纪律同学适当做出惩罚,我的惩罚措施是:一、书面检讨,做深刻反省;二、罚为班里做件好事;三、期末学习成绩提高。知道内情的同学知道老师在实施惩罚,不知内情的同学则以为这些同学在为班里做好事,一则这些同学的自尊得到了最大限度的保护,二则在班里树立了正气,无形中学生的自我约束力加强,提高了班级凝聚力。

  细细留心李秀荣老师的课,你会发现学生齐读的情况是没有的。这让我产生一个疑问:学生的齐声朗读到底有没有必要?对于这点也是各有争执。有人表示齐声朗读能够更容易吸引学生的注意力,但是同时也有可能会出现滥竽充数的情况。老师无法保证是否每个人都会读。也有人说如果没有齐声朗读,要学生一个个轮流读,在目前大班上课的情况下,老师不可能一个个纠正学生的发音,也不可能让全班一个一个站起来读,时间不允许。另外齐声朗读能够给自信心不够的同学一种安全感。在大家都张嘴读的情况下,他不用担心自己的口语差,这样反而敢张开嘴来读。总的来说,各有利弊,老师要根据自己班级的实际情况来选择适合自己班级学生发展的方式。

  冯冬燕老师所总结出的对话教学的五化也让我印象深刻:课堂情景化,情景生活化,生活趣味化,训练层次化,知识循环化。环环相扣,最后取得对话教学的成功。情景化教学在对话课中尤为重要,特别是真实的,有趣的,生活化的情景。在老师所创造的有效的情景中,学生的学习会更加轻松。而不是成为一种死读,死记,死背。这也恰恰符合了学生语言获得的心理和生理发展。想想孩子们学中文,也是在生活的一点一滴中学会的。有时候,学校对中文的教学反而没有来得那么深刻。因为,生活化的用语,交际性的用语,不断重复输入输出会使学生的印象更加深刻。英语的教学也要做到以旧滚新,融旧于新中,才能不断地加深学生学习的记忆,提高学生的语言综合运用能力。

  当然,在这么重要的场合,怎么可能会少了邓老师的贵言呢?每次听邓老师的发言都受益良多。上至一些理论知识,下至一个小小的游戏,都能让我们得到启发。紧抓英语课堂的实效是作为新老师的我所遇到的一个重大问题。用有趣的游戏吸引学生?浪费时间,而且并不能所有的学生都参与到其中,并把知识沉淀下来。其实,真正的要吸引学生,必须要做到让语言知识本身有趣,让语言知识本身来吸引学生。let’s chant的妙用,小小的一个动作融合到知识里面已经能够抓住学生的眼球。梯度性的教学设计对吸引学生的注意力,抓住学生的好奇心是至关重要的。听,说,读,写。学生的英语学习都要遵循这样的发展。否则,学生的语言获得就没有遵循大自然的规律,而没有遵循大自然规律发展的,必为大自然所淘汰。

  八年级2班级:93、94共有学生115人,两班学生基础参差不齐,一头一尾差别大,学习风气不好,学习态度很不端正,缺少上进的动力。另外,学生在情感态度以及学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习、课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不留意知识的巩固和积累。

  本学期的重点将继续学习词汇和习惯用语,学习的语法知识点有:频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、形容词比较级、最高级等。其中状语从句和形容词是本册的难点,将重点学习。

  二、目标

  通过学习激发学生的学习热情,养成良好的学习习惯,有明确的学习方向,掌握一定的学习策略,能够真正学会用英语做事情。

  九年级英语是**教育出版社出版的仁爱版英语,教材编排有以下目的:

  1、要使学生受到听、说、读、写、英语的训练,掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的潜力;养成良好的外语学习习惯,掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

  四、课时安排

  本书共四个单元,每单元都有三个话题,每个话题又分A,B,C,D,四课。依据本学期的教学进度,本学期具体安排如下:
