　　本学期，我担任了初二年级英语科目的教育教学工作，在这个学期的教学工作中，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学年里，我觉得我自己是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学期的工作总结。

　　教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生状况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。一方面，学生英语听，说的潜力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，班上有些的同学比较活跃，上课气氛用心，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而有些同学比较沉静，学习欠用心性，中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此能够看出，了解及分析学生实际状况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和用心性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每一天我都花费超多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，

　　教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。个性是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。备课充分，能调动学生的用心性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的潜力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课必须要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每一天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水*，以致影响教学效果。我以后务必努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮忙班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事。英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学

　　一、学习课标，明确教学目标。为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组群众抽休息时间对课本进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各资料的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学带给了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

　　二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的资料，既要思考知识的纵向联系，又要思考新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种搞笑的教具，如:单词卡片、实物(图片)、头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我透过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的用心性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学资料层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动搞笑“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，透过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的用心性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

　　三、认真上课，体现以人为本。英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的潜力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先透过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们用心主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的潜力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。3、游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，透过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学资料层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习。

　　期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此就应予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。另外，还发现学生的综合潜力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生简单学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮忙。

　　我们学校地处农村，学生原有的英语基础和学习英语的习惯都较差，这势必大大影响了初中英语的学习效果，我从学生实际出发，遵循教学规律，对如何在农村初中英语教学中实施素质教育用心探索。我认为，在英语教学中实施素质教育的目标是提高全体学生整体素质，就是要让全体学生，通过听、说、读、写等方面能力的训练，使学生获得基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力。因此，在教学实践中，我想方设法帮助学生学会学习，以及激发和保持学习动力，培养自学能力，培养良好的学习习惯，把优化课堂教学当成落实素质教育的主渠道，尽最大可能为学生创造运用英语的景，指导学生积极地运用语言，在学中用，在用中学。

　　一、贯彻课堂教学交际化原则

　　1、五分钟会话。每堂安排五分钟左右时间进行会话。会话内容有值日生汇报、自我介绍、家庭情况、谈论天气以及熟悉的歌星、影星和运动员等。让学生自由用英语交谈，允许学生模仿课文内容适当增减，自由发挥。也可以根据课文内容，通过问答形式作简要的复述。在开展会话中，始终以学生为主体，引发他们的联想思维，由单一的讨论内容过渡到综合内容，把几个不同内容的话题串联起来，既复习旧知识，又开发了学生的智力。我特别注意，轮到中差生值日生时，鼓励他们大胆实践，并注意发现他们的"闪光点"，有点滴进步就给予表扬肯定，以增强他们的自信心。

　　本学期我担任八年级1班和、2班英语教学任务，学生成绩两极分化现象，普遍存在，而且是比较难以解决的一个问题。一般说来，两极分化形成的规律是：刚刚升入初中的七年级学生，对英语学习热情高，好奇心强，学习成绩较好。但随着时间的推移，难度的加深，以及兴趣的减弱，一些学生的成绩一步步地落后掉队，而且落伍人数也相对地增加。也逐渐出现了这样或那样的问题。如教师在有些知识点讲过后，有的甚至操练了多遍，反反复复强调了，学生仍没有掌握。有些教师就责怪学生，并因此加强反复训练。于是在教师的责怪声中，在枯燥的联系中，学生的学习兴趣消失了。

　　鉴于以上问题，我体会到学生学习语言的能力是因人而异的。有差别是正常的，要教好每一个学生，但不能要求每一个学生都一样，不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展，而是开发学生不同的潜能，发展学生学英语的各方面能力。

　　八年级教学已经开始了，首先八年级的教材形式上发生了变化。七年级的课本共有12个单元。而八年级只有10个单元，并且多了阅读理解部分。其次八年级的语法知识点增多，难度也有所提高，对学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力都有新的要求，这就对教师的要求有了新的提高。

　　一．教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点。则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重难点。学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重之之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。

　　二．其次语法讲解一定要清楚，透彻。在讲解重点语法的过程中，教师要多举例子，并且要学生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的讲解过程中。

　　三．应加强学生的对话强度，鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信，是因为曾经对话的过程中，出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤，所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下，然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活，但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。

　　四．在教学过程中应以学生为主体。整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授。尤其是教材的最后一部分，阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做课本上要求的练习题，也可以确定几个话题，学生用英语进行讨论，锻炼他们用英文思考的能力，运用所学语言的能力。课文3a部分教材给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读，并且每篇文章后面都有若干个问题，在这一部分一定要让学生在默读的前提下独立完成回答问题。锻炼他们的应试能力。

　　五．八年级英语教学单词仍然是基础。我个人认为应该打好学生的单词基础。在讲授的过程中可以让同学们记它们的同义词及反义词。并且让同学们自己造句子

　　本学期，我担任了初二年级英语科目的教育教学工作，在这个学年的教学工作中，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学年里，我觉得我自己是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学年的工作总结。

　　教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。一 方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，班上有些的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多 数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而有些同学比较沉静，学习欠积极性，中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如 理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要 备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

　　教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备 不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽 然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

　　一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

　　备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生 投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精 神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反 纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水*，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采 取有利方法解决当中困难。

　　二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：

　　1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新 知的横向衔接；既要突出重点，又要突破难点；既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如：单词卡片、实物（图 片）、头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。

　　这学期，我任教八年级（初二）1和4班的英语。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是校园、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改善教学方法。这学期我做的成功之处是：

　　第一，确立与新课程相适应的教育观念。

　　学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，构成师生交往、用心互动、共同发展的教学过程。

　　要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和好处。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，*要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎样去了解世界只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合学生的实际状况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，构成学习动机。

　　第三，改革课堂教学，用心运用校园推广的讲学稿。

　　用心响应和落实校园的改革实验课题，在每一节英语课堂教学中都认真使用讲学稿，并认真出好每一份讲学稿，督促检查好每一位学生做好讲学稿并实行周周清每周小测试，检查学生掌握知识的熟悉程度，以查漏补缺，扎实打好学生的英语基础，尽快提高学生的英语成绩。

　　第四，努力建立融洽的师生关系。

　　相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我务必树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的用心性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光；生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。这样经过我一学期的精心教育和培养，我所教班级学生成绩都有不同程度的进步，个性是二（4）班整个班级的学生无论从班级纪律、行业习惯、学习潜力及英语成绩各方面都有显著进步、

　　不足之处：目前的讲学稿教学改革还在试行当中，在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，给学生思考的空间还不足，知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。今后我将建立以学生为本的教育观念，将讲学稿教学改革做到更上一层楼。

　　开学快一个月了，在这一个月的教学中我发现了不少问题，主要表此刻以下几个方面：

　　1、学生的书写有待提高，刚接这两班时我发现学生的书写个性差，我十分着急所以让学生每一天写单词练书写，但是出乎我的预料，一周下来不但没有提高，有些学生反而更差了，透过了解我发现学生的抵抗情绪个性严重。在我值班的那天，我心*气和的和学生交谈了一次，个性是那几个调皮的男生，我和他们从人生谈起，逐渐说到书写的重要性，又给他们把26个字母的书写每人写了一遍，没想到从那天的书写就有了很大的变化。同时那几个调皮的男生上课也老实多了，这使我十分的感动，使我的信心大增。

　　2、就应给学生更多的时间朗读课文。透过这一个月的学习，我发现学生的朗读水*不高，仅仅透过课上练习是不够的，为了能够更好的让学生朗读课文，我让学生课后由组长带领朗读课文，然后每节课拿出时间让学生进行展示。透过阅读我发现学生缺少朗读方法的指导，在今后的学习中，我要在这方面多对学生进行指导，多让他们练习。

　　3、知识运用潜力差，透过学习Module2我发现学生的理解潜力差，我忽视了学生的理解要有一个过程，仅仅听到学生口头回答以为掌握好了，以致我再讲完成时态的其他问题时就出现了问题。我深刻反思以后，决定从读入手，让学生先从语感开始，然后把自己说的最好的句子写下来，这样一步一步的效果明显好多了。

　　透过这些问题我觉得在今后的教学中，就应多关爱学生，把起点订的低一点，然后逐步引导，不能只靠自己主观意志，多分析学生，然后根据学生实际多练习，那样学生才能爱学。

　　在新课标的要求下，英语教育改革的新时期，转变教学观念，发展新的技能和技巧，是英语教学所面临的新形势，因此，如何更好的促进课堂教学质量，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，是我们讨论的共同话题。现在，八年级下学期的教学已经开始了，八年级的教材形式上发生了变化，并且多了阅读理解部分。其次八年级的语法知识点增多，难度也有所提高，对学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力都有新的要求，这就对教师的要求有了新的提高：

　　一．教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重难点

　　我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。如果无法很好的"把握重难点。则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重难点。学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重之之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。

　　二．其次语法讲解一定要清楚，透彻。

　　在讲解重点语法的过程中，教师要多举例子，并且要学生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的讲解过程中。

　　三．应加强学生的对话强度

　　鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信，是因为曾经对话的过程中，出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤，所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下，然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活，但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。

　　四．在教学过程中应以学生为主体。

　　整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授。尤其是教材的最后一部分，阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做课本上要求的练习题，也可以确定几个话题，学生用英语进行讨论，锻炼他们用英文思考的能力，运用所学语言的能力。课文部分教材给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读，并且每篇文章后面都有若干个问题，在这一部分一定要让学生在默读的前提下独立完成回答问题。锻炼他们的应试能力。

　　五．八年级英语教学单词仍然是基础。

　　我个人认为应该打好学生的单词基础。在讲授的过程中可以让同学们记它们的同义词及反义词。并且让同学们自己造句子

　　六．培养学生们的课文背诵能力。

　　严格要求学生要背诵下来课文。这样可以培养他们的英语语感。

　　总之，无论是七年级英语教学还是八年级英语教学，最重要的是教学技巧要灵活，教学要扎实。为了提高英语教学质量，教师必须对英语课堂教学进行反思，不断完善教学过程，不断反思，不断进取，努力提高课堂教学质量。我们每个教师都应在教中思，思中教，方可求得发展.
